The Client’s Elevated Site enjoyed Southerly views across Port Phillip Bay which it wanted to maximise from most rooms and points within the house, whilst maintaining a sense of seclusion and privacy from the Street. The resulting Design Response was a Minimalist Modern aesthetic with the expanse use of glass, natural building products and surfaces that provided a striking but harmonise transiation with the natural vegetation. The house is over 3 Storeys inclusive of a Viewing Tower taking advantage of its Bayside location.
