Springale, 2015
The St Johns medical clinic overcomes a narrow lot by projecting the bulk of the building up and into the centre of the site. This gesture, combined with the reuse of domestic cladding in bright overtones, doubles as an exercise in branding and creates a presence in the street both easily identifiable and reminiscent.
