High quality personal space for residents combined with high staff efficiency and low energy costs. Typical single resident room with en-suite bathroom for privacy and dignity. All bedrooms oriented to north east or north west for sun. Bedrooms sized to enable mobility aids including shower trolleys obviating the need for a common bathroom with its attendant staffing. The dining rooms are a more manageable size, scale and quietness for the residents whilst retaining the staff efficiencies of one large dining hall.
