Clients Prem and Julia asked Archizen Architect’s nominated architect Adrian Zenere to transform and accommodate medical offices in their 1970’s style waterfront home on a 1246sqm block located in the popular Sutherland Shire suburb of Sylvania Waters. Renovations costs were $334,000 and was sold in 2010 for $3.58million. This sleek design was featured in the following publications; ‘The Daily Telegraph Home Magazine’, ‘The Australian Property Investor Magazine’ and ‘Lifestyle Magazine’.
