Projects:
Neutral Bay House
Neutral Bay, Sydney, 2006
Transforming an unused undercroft into a large open plan living and kitchen area, with direct access onto the garden, this project also involved creating a new master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. A glazed stairwell brings light into the centre of the house.
Greenwich House
Greenwich, 2012
Designed to capture views of the surrounding garden and tree canopy, this house is turned to meet the northern sun. Sliding doors and window with external timber shutters welcome the winter sun whilst protecting against the summer heat. Polished concrete floors heat the house in winter and keep temperatures cool in summer.
Sinclair Apartment
Neutral Bay, Sydney, 2011
It’s all in the planning! A growing family required a better use of existing space within their duplex apartment. A once unfriendly study/laundry area became a master bedroom and ensuite. Relocating the kitchen allowed a large area of underutiiised space to become a large study.
