Clayfield College PE Centre

Brisbane, 1997

Originally the local ten-pin bowling alley, the client purchased the site with the view of developing a new state-of-the-art multi-level Sports and Education facility. We worked closely with them to formulate a Brief which specifically met their current and future needs. From this we created a design which satisfied all end users, and implemented the construction process accordingly. As such, the end product was testimony to the effort put into this process and a final outcome was acheived which truely complimented the standing of the school within the local community.

UQ Sport Tennis Centre

Brisbane, 2001

Seeing a lack of this type of up-market sporting facility within the local community, we were commissioned by the University of Queensland to create a new ‘state-of-the-art’ tennis complex, specifically designed to compliment their existing facilities. Sleek and modern, yet set amongst the landscpae to provide a series of open and inviting spaces, this dynamic building was designed to fill this void and create a feeling of vibrance and continuity for this part of the campus. This new Centre heralded the beginning of a new era in the integration of commercial activity and student sport on the campus.

Dunning Residence

Brisbane, 2010

Having purchased the existing 1930’s ‘Tudor’ style residence, the client wanted a high-quality renovation to compliment the aesthetic of the exisitng house, yet be modern and comfortable for the family. The design was very sympathetic to this, creating a wonderful series of useable spaces, complete with open pool deck and gazebo, walk-in wine cellar and contemporary horizon-edged pool.
