Major renovation to original 1930’s house – to create a large family home with lap pool. Included in the renovation are ground floor alterations & extension as well as an addition at first floor level.
Abinger Street

MBAV Excellence in Housing Award winner in 2007. Double-storey addition to the rear of an existing single-fronted Victorian workers cottage. Additions were designed to take advantage of the natural slope on the site – creating a funky, split-level home.
