Started as a renovation of existing dIlapidated single storey three bedroom bungalow with existing poorly designed rear yard pool and single timber garage. Completed as a new two storey four bedroom residence including new formal dining room, kitchen, study and extensive family rooms on each level plus new enlarged pool located between a new separate rear lane accessed glass roofed pool entertaining building with kitchen, dressing and bathroom plus new double garage. Owing to the unique roof structure all rooms including the southern first floor bedrooms enjoy all day winter sun.

Originally a single storey classic four bedroom californian bungalow with limited living , dining, kitchen, laundry and bathroom accommodation. Redesigned to a classic two storey californian bungalow. The new ground floor now accommodates extensive ground floor living, plus new dining, kitchen, laundry plus retains the two main bedrooms. The new first floor accommodates three new bedrooms, ensuite to main bedroom, bathroom and large living/tv room opening onto the new first floor verandah. The rear garden was redesigned to accommodate a new rear street accessed glass roof garage and garden room doubling as an outdoor entertaining facility.

Originally a Council heritage listed single storey three bedroom federation bungalow with limited bathroom, kitchen, laundry and rear porch accommodation, plus rear boundary single car garage. Redesigned to restore the front three bedrooms, convert the existing living room into a master bedroom plus new laundry, bathroom, kitchen, dining and family room. New rear courtyard bbq, swimming pool and double car garage incorporating pool dressing, shower, toilet and pool plant facilities. Additional new work included new columnated walkway from the garage to the houseplus brick boundary fences and rear courtyard paving.
