Bulimba Queensland, 2009
4 Bedroom + home on 323m2 allotment of land designed over three levels. The home is a reflection of the client’s brief: a contemporary home with state of the art finishes allowing light to penetrate inside and plenty of natural ventilation. The home takes advantages of the sites location allowing for views over the golf course to the Brisbane River.
Character House extension and alterations
Ascot, 2004
Major extensions and alterations to an existing timber Spanish Mission house on a large allotment. The house was extensively refurbished, and an added to enhance the style of the character home. The design incorporated interiors as well as an external entry gate.
Sony Music Office Fitout
Brisbane, 2002
Sony Music and Entertainment required an office fit out in Brisbane. The office was located in a very small space without natural light. The use of colour, glass, texture and artificial light was an important factor to provide an enriched level of visual comfort for the occupants.
