This residence triggers the intrigue of visitors, and offers a home that is an expression of the family residing in it. Every space within the dwelling has been designed with the residents and their guests in mind. Tecton Group was responsible for the architectural design, interior detailing and decorating, as well as the project management on site during construction. The family had expectations which were expressed in their first brief, with supporting images and photos, to ensure Tecton Group understood! Those expectations were by far exceeded through the design and execution of their dream home.This residence consists of three levels. The entire land was utilized, from entry to the rear boundary fence. Spaces inside the home seem boundless as they expand to external courtyards and outdoor scenes.
