Penrose Promenade Community Hub
Tarneit, Victoria, 2013
From newborns to older residents, the Penrose Promenade Community Hub is a sculptural building that provides a focal point for the fast growing community of Tarneit. TCA met the challenge of planning for a complex set of users needs. Penrose Community Hub integrates inside and outside with visual links to the public park to the rear of the building and TCA landscaped Kindergarten playground and sensory garden for the older residents.
