This is a new fit-out for a professional services Client. It involved three office floor levels accommodating 130 staff. Our work involved the full spectrum of consultancy services – extraction of a brief of requirements from the Client, space planning, decor design, loose furniture selection & procurement, obtaining construction costings and finalizing arrangements between client and contractor, contract administration and inspection services.

This is a large home sited on a four hectare riverfront property. The site includes an orchard, a rain forest and three golf holes. The accommodation is mostly on one level with an upper story containing accommodation for visitors.
