Richard Kennedy Architects P/L

We are a small practice focussing on house design including new homes, extensions, renovations and small commercial projects such as office fit outs. We have 25 years experience in the Brisbane area and a growing family of clients with whom we have shared the adventure of design and realisation of a wide variety of projects. Design is a collaborative process. The best work is the result of close cooperation between architect and client to explore brief, lifestyle and environmental factors, within a framework of regulatory, budget and timetable constraint. Our aim is that the outcome will more than satisfy all these demands and the whole will be more than the sum of the parts.
