Lakelands Medical Center

North Lakes, Queensland, 2008

A Multi tenancy medical centre on a 4640m2 site near the North Lakes towm centre. The 2000m2 medical centre is made up of 10 tenancies that vary in sizes from 450m2 to 55m2. Tenancies include Doctors, Pharmacy, Podiatrist, Pathology, X-Ray, Eye Clinic and Dentist. External colours and finishes were selected to highlight the materials used to provide a fresh contemporary appearance to complement the form of the building.

Auchenflower House

Auchenflower, 2008

A contemporary residence on a sloping site in a character Brisbane suburban area. The design influences of the house are the Queensland vernacular combined with traditional Japanese residential architecture. The internal living area connect to the outdoor area to maximise the use of space and orientation, and the centrally located kitchen is the focus of the entertainment area.
