Renovations, alterations and addition for a run down terrace in Surry Hills. The client wanted a modern but hard wearing renovation that could be rented initially but could be used by his children in 4-5 years when they went to University.

Our client purchased an “old fishing” cottage, which was half of a semi detached dwelling. The other half had be substantial renovation and our client wanted to maximize they potential of there half. A small site but a lot of natural light and we still manged to fit in a “pool”
