Breeze Apartments
Victor Harbor SA, 2008
Breeze is a contemporarily designed apartment building set in the quiet coastal town of Victor Harbor. Built in a modern style using low maintenance materials the building has modulated facades which have been carefully considered to suit its prominent location and context. It consists of 40 luxury apartments ranging in size from 1-4 bedrooms over 4 levels with secure undercover parking. Breeze has picturesque uninterrupted sea views overlooking Encounter Bay and Granite Island and is conveniently located adjacent the main street and railway station.
Adelaide Hills Residence
Woodside SA, 2012
A contemporary Country Residence on a life style property overlooking the Onkaparinga Valley. Inspired by traditional rural Australian corrugated iron and stone outbuildings and conceived as a group of single storey linked pavilions to reduce its mass on the landscape. As a result this home remains discreet despite its size. The simple plan incorporating large picture windows and generous courtyards is designed to connect you to the landscape and a sense of where you are at all times. Whilst the arrangement and forms are steeped in tradition, the house is constructed of stone, steel and glass with no superfluous features creating a crisp simplicity that is completely modern.
