This landmark project is the new premises for the high fashion boutique and Melbourne institution, Le Louvre. Located off Chapel Street in South Yarra, this project is an adaptive reuse of a 1927 tramways substation, which had since been decommissioned. Externally the design features the existing tramway building, restored to its original quality. In addition a small glass extension sits recessed above the ground floor annex.
